The Space

This newly constructed building, completed in 2020, offers a fresh atmosphere that ensures a "newly made" home feeling. We are excited to present the first-floor space, thoughtfully designed for homestays, while the ground floor is reserved for the owner. Guests can enjoy the tranquil view of the Birla Group's farmhouse from the terrace and balcony, providing a serene escape to soak in nature and breathe fresh air. For dining options, the renowned Rasoi Dhaba is just a short 2 minute walk away, and convenient home delivery services from Zomato & Swiggy are also available. Additionally, there are several grocery stores within a 100-meter radius and Zepto- food delivery app is also on-the-go, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Experience comfort and convenience in this charming homestay!

Nestled in a prime location, our accommodations are conveniently situated near prominent tourist attractions, making your travel experience seamless and enjoyable. Just a short 31-minute drive takes you to the breathtaking landscapes of Rishikesh, while the Chilla and Motichur ranges of Rajaji National Park are only 15 minutes away. Explore the sacredness of Har Ki Pauri and the local markets, both a mere 15 minutes from us. Famous temples like Bharat Mata Mandir and Shantikunj are accessible within 5 minutes. For family fun, Fun-Valley Water Park is a quick 27-minute drive, and the scenic hiking route to Chandi Devi’s temple is just 20 minutes away. Plus, we offer hassle-free safari experiences in collaboration with Rajaji National Park, ensuring all-inclusive packages . (one day beforehand from Nov-June). Our location also provides easy access to Haridwar's railway and bus station, and the Dehradun-Jolly Grant Airport and Mall Of Dehradun are only 35-45 minutes away.

Manstays' collaboration with Rajaji National Park ensures a hassle-free safari experience, where everything is included—taxes, miscellaneous charges, and gypsy rentals. The safari lasts between 1 to 3 hours, depending on the chosen zone track, and is available in the morning (gates open from 6 to 9 AM) or the evening (gates open from 3 to 5 PM). This expedition offers a genuine immersion into the jungle, where you can marvel at wildlife such as spotted deer, sambar, wild boar, tigers, leopards, barking deer, gorals, and both Himalayan black and sloth bears. Additionally, Rajaji National Park is home to over 400 species of birds, making it an ideal destination for wildlife enthusiasts and bird watchers alike. Enjoy the thrill of exploring this rich natural habitat with ease and comfort.

At Manstays, we offer an array of unforgettable safari experiences, including the Chilla Range, Jhilmil Jheel Range, Ranipur Range, and the Motichur Range, which is highly recommended for tiger sightings. You can conveniently book your safari with us anytime, whether before or after your arrival, with just a day's notice required during the peak season from November to June. In addition to exploring the beauty of nature, we provide an acoustic guitar facility for guests to practice their musical skills, aided by online resources like YouTube. Our location is ideal, situated close to prominent spots such as Shantikunj, Bhupatwala temples, Motichur railway station, and the entry gates of Rajaji National Park. Homestay Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following guidelines. Maintain a prudent level of silence and discretion, especially at night. Remember to close and securely lock all windows and doors whenever you leave the apartment. Open flames, such as candles, are not permitted, and the toilet should never be used as a rubbish bin—two designated bins are provided under the kitchen sink. Please do not engage with ‘Chandu-the dog’ or water any plants, and refrain from moving any furniture from its original place. Feeding or entertaining macaques is strictly prohibited, as they can be dangerous and unpredictable. Be sure to park your vehicle properly adjacent to the road drain channel. Lastly, keep switches off when not in use, clean your dishes and utensils, and strive to maintain cleanliness in the apartment. Thank you for your cooperation!
